Import workflow: Create New, Link Existing, Needs Review

Before creating an item, Crossflo checks each imported listing against your inventory using marketplace IDs, SKU, MPN, photos and title.

• Link Existing: a strong match (for example the same marketplace ID or SKU). The listing is linked to your existing item.
• Create New: no match. A new draft item is created.
• Needs Review: a probable match that isn't certain. It waits in the review queue. Crossflo never merges these automatically.

Imported items stay drafts until you review them.
