Capture listings without leaving the marketplace

The Crossflo extension reads the listing you are viewing — every photo, price, condition, brand, SKU/UPC, shipping and item specifics — and scans whole closet and search pages for every item. Export what you capture as JSON or CSV, or send it to the eBay importer. Pro and Business plans can also re-check open marketplace tabs on a schedule. It also imports your Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Vinted listings (linking them to items you already have instead of copying), fills in their new-listing forms for you (Grailed and Facebook too, in beta), spots Vinted sales from your seller-only order messages, and removes sold items from your other sites while Crossflo is open.

Checking for the Crossflo extension…

  1. Unzip the download, open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Press "Load unpacked" and pick the unzipped folder. To update, remove the old version first, then load the new one.
  3. Reload this page — the line above should say the extension is detected.
  4. Not detected? Make sure you're on crossflo.io (the extension only talks to Crossflo's own site), the extension is switched on, and the page was reloaded after installing.
Full listing capture
eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Fairclose — up to 24 photos plus title, item ID, price, condition, brand, SKU/UPC and item specifics from the page or its structured data.
Scan whole pages
One click grabs every listing on a closet, store or search page — up to 200 stay queued, 10 go to the importer at a time and the rest stay in the queue.
Scheduled tab scan Pro+
Paid plans re-check open marketplace tabs every 15 minutes to 12 hours and badge new finds. Only captured eBay links can open in the importer.
Export your data
Export captured listings and photo URLs as JSON or CSV, or see plans — upgrades and cancellation happen in Settings in your Crossflo dashboard.
Installation
Works in every Chromium browser.
  1. 1Download and unzip crossflo-extension.zip.
  2. 2Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, or Opera.
  3. 3Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  4. 4Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. 5Open a marketplace listing or closet page, click the Crossflo icon, then Scan page, Send to Crossflo, or Export JSON/CSV.
  6. 6On Pro or Business, leave Scheduled tab scanning on — Crossflo re-checks your open marketplace tabs on a schedule.
