What is a Universal Listing?

A Universal Listing holds the item's core facts once: title, description, photos, condition, price, quantity, SKU and item specifics.

When you publish to a marketplace, Crossflo creates a marketplace child listing from it. Change the Universal Listing and you can push the change to each channel.

Why it matters

• One place to edit, one quantity to trust.
• Selling on one channel can end the others, because they all point to the same item.
• Imports link to existing items instead of creating copies.
