Supported marketplaces

What Crossflo actually does on each marketplace today. If a box says "Not supported", we don't offer it — no hidden connectors, no fake sync.

  • eBay: Connect eBay in Settings using eBay's own sign-in — Crossflo never sees your eBay password. Import all reads your active eBay listings page by page with no duplicates, and an optional hourly auto-import adds new ones. When an item sells anywhere else, Crossflo ends it on eBay automatically and confirms with eBay — except auctions with bids, which are left running and flagged for you. Publishing new items to eBay and updating eBay prices are available but not yet verified with a live listing.
  • Fairclose: Connect with your Fairclose seller sign-in or your own seller API key (stored encrypted, server-only). eBay Buy It Now items go to Fairclose as Buy It Now only at the same title, price and photos, confirmed by Fairclose. Optional hourly auto-publish sends up to 10 items per run with no duplicates. Edits and photo changes are sent when you press "Send changes to Fairclose". A sale on Fairclose marks the item sold, ends it on your other sites and emails you. Ending a Fairclose listing uses the seller sign-in or a verified seller API key. Messages and offers aren't in Fairclose's API; the extension captures them from your own Fairclose pages.
  • Poshmark: Poshmark has no seller API. Extension captures go to review; a public sold badge alone does not verify your sale. Mark your sale sold yourself. Delisting elsewhere waits for extension confirmation. Not yet verified with a live Poshmark account.
  • Mercari: Works through the Crossflo extension in your own signed-in browser, the same way as Poshmark. Not yet verified with a live Mercari account.
  • Depop: Depop's selling API is limited to approved partners, so the Crossflo extension works in your own signed-in browser, like Poshmark. Depop has no separate title, so the title goes at the top of the description; you pick category and size before pressing Post. Posts count toward your monthly crosslists. Not yet verified with a live Depop account.
  • Vinted: Vinted's API is only for Vinted Pro business accounts, so the Crossflo extension works in your own signed-in browser on your country's Vinted site. You pick category, size and parcel size before pressing Upload. Posts count toward your monthly crosslists. Not yet verified with a live Vinted account.
  • Etsy: No public seller API is used. Needs extension 1.13.0+. You pick category and any required details before publishing. Ending happens through the extension when you choose to. Sales aren't detected — mark them sold in Crossflo. Posts count toward monthly crosslists. Beta: not yet verified with a live account.
  • Shopify: Connect in Settings with your shop domain and an Admin API token from a custom app in your Shopify admin (product read/write and order read). The token is stored encrypted and never shown again. Price updates can be requested manually, not automatically. A product counts as listed only after Shopify confirms it exists. New products and paid orders are checked about hourly (or with Sync now); a paid order marks the item sold once and ends it elsewhere. Beta: not yet verified with a live seller store.
  • WooCommerce: Connect in Settings with your store address and a REST API consumer key and secret (Read/Write) from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API. Stored encrypted and never shown again. Your store needs pretty permalinks turned on. Paid WooCommerce orders mark the item sold automatically through a signed store alert. Beta: not yet verified with a live seller store.
  • Bonanza: Connect in Settings with your free Bonanza developer keys and booth name, then approve Crossflo on bonanza.com. Stored encrypted and never shown again. Sales on Bonanza aren't detected automatically yet — mark them sold in Crossflo. Beta: not yet verified with a live booth.
  • Facebook Marketplace: No public seller API is used. Needs extension 1.13.0+. You pick category and any required details before publishing. Ending happens through the extension when you choose to. Sales aren't detected — mark them sold in Crossflo. Posts count toward monthly crosslists. Beta: not yet verified with a live account.
  • Grailed: No public seller API is used. Needs extension 1.13.0+. You pick category and any required details before publishing. Ending happens through the extension when you choose to. Sales aren't detected — mark them sold in Crossflo. Posts count toward monthly crosslists. Beta: not yet verified with a live account.
  • Whatnot: Whatnot's seller API is not open to everyone, so the Crossflo extension works in your own signed-in browser. You choose Buy It Now or auction, category and shipping before pressing List. Auctions that already have bids are never removed automatically — you end those yourself. Posts count toward your monthly crosslists. Not yet verified with a live Whatnot account.
  • Capture — Save a listing from an open marketplace tab with the Chrome extension. Import — Bring a listing into your Crossflo catalog. Manual draft — Crossflo prepares the text; you paste and publish it yourself. API publish — Crossflo creates the listing on the marketplace when you press Publish. Auto update — Edits in Crossflo are pushed to the live listing. Sale detection — Crossflo learns automatically when the item sells there. End listing — Crossflo ends the listing there (by API, or by the extension in your signed-in tab) and only marks it ended after the marketplace confirms.
