1. Information we collect

We collect account information (email, password hash), inventory data you upload (titles, descriptions, images, prices), and marketplace credentials you connect. We never sell your data.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Crossflo: storing your catalog, publishing listings to marketplaces you authorize, and providing analytics back to you. Marketplace credentials are encrypted at rest.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the marketplaces you explicitly connect, and with sub-processors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment processing). A full list is available on request.

4. Your rights

You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to data portability and deletion.
