Privacy Policy

Last updated August 17, 2026

This policy explains what information Crossflo collects when you use the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.

Information we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up: your email address, name if you supply one, and the marketplace channel you choose to list on.

Listing content you import or create: titles, descriptions, photos, prices, costs, SKUs and sync status for each item in your catalog.

Integration credentials you save, such as marketplace API keys, which are stored against your account and used only to make the calls you trigger.

Operational records: sync logs, scrape jobs, support conversations and billing events generated as you use the product.

How we use it

To run the features you ask for — importing listings, crosslisting them to another marketplace, tracking offers and orders, and reporting analytics back to you.

To operate your subscription, including checkout, plan limits and receipts.

To respond to support requests and to investigate errors or abuse.

Sharing

We share data with the marketplaces and service providers needed to deliver the product — for example a marketplace API when you push a listing to it, or our payment processor when you subscribe.

We do not sell your personal information or your listing catalog.

Retention and deletion

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual listings at any time from your catalog.

If you ask us to close your account, we remove your listings, stored credentials and profile from the live product.

Your choices

You can update your profile, listing channel and stored API keys in Settings, and unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
