1. Acceptance
By creating an Crossflo account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish, compliance with each marketplace's terms, and applicable tax/legal obligations in your jurisdiction.
3. Marketplace credentials
You authorize Crossflo to act on your behalf on connected marketplaces strictly to perform actions you trigger (publish, delist, sync inventory).
4. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of liability
Crossflo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales, marketplace suspensions, or third-party API outages.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate marketplace terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time.
