Terms of Service
Last updated August 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of Crossflo. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and be authorized to act for any business you register on behalf of.
Using the service
Crossflo helps you move listing data between marketplaces you already have accounts on. You remain the seller of record on each marketplace and remain bound by that marketplace's own rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings you publish through Crossflo.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the interval you choose until cancelled. Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we say otherwise.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Marketplace APIs can change or go down outside our control.
We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid functionality.
Termination
You can stop using Crossflo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, the acceptable use policy, or applicable law.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
