Inventory lifecycle: Draft → Listed → Sold → Shipped → Delivered → Archived
Each item moves through clear stages, and each stage changes what Crossflo will and won't do.

The stages
- Draft: saved in Crossflo only. Nothing is on a marketplace.
- Listed: at least one marketplace has confirmed a live listing.
- Sold: a confirmed sale was recorded (from a marketplace or your own Mark sold). Quantity is updated and other listings may be ended.
- Shipped: a tracking number exists for the order.
- Delivered: a marketplace or carrier reported delivery.
- Archived: kept for your records but hidden from day-to-day lists.
A listing disappearing from a marketplace never moves an item to Sold on its own.
