Archive vs delist vs delete

Three different ways to take an item out of view — and what each one does.

  • Delist (end listing): ends the listing on a marketplace. The item stays in Crossflo. This is not a sale.
  • Archive: hides the item from daily lists but keeps its history.
  • Delete: permanently removes a draft. Only allowed when the item has no live marketplace links.

If an item is still live somewhere, use End everywhere & delete on the item page. Channels without an end option are named so you can end them yourself first.

Sold items keep their record and are never deleted this way.
