Sold item sync and automatic delist

Only a confirmed sale — from a supported marketplace or your own Mark sold — starts sold cleanup. Crossflo updates quantity and ends the item on your other channels where that's supported.

• Each channel reports its own result. Failures appear in Action Center.
• Extension channels need your confirmation.

A listing disappearing is never treated as a sale. Auctions with bids are never ended automatically.
