Etsy: connect, import and prepare listings
Connect your Etsy shop with Etsy's official sign-in, import items and orders, and prepare Etsy-only details.

Go to Connections → Etsy and press Connect Etsy. Etsy opens in a new window; approve access and the window closes by itself. If Connect is greyed out, Etsy sign-in hasn't been set up for Crossflo yet.
Sync Items → Etsy → Sync now reads your active Etsy listings and recent orders. It never posts, edits or ends anything on Etsy.
Items that look like something you already have go to Review duplicates instead of creating a copy. A listing already linked updates the same item.
On an item, click Etsy in the marketplace list to choose the category, required category details, shipping profile and return policy from your own shop.
Tags and materials are Etsy-only: up to 13 each, and they are never sent to eBay or Fairclose.
Physical items need a shipping profile; digital downloads don't. Missing required items are shown as Must fix.
Etsy doesn't include fees with orders, so Etsy order fees show as unknown until you enter them.
