Bulk publish (crosslist)

1. Select items and choose Publish.
2. Pick the marketplaces. Preflight runs for each item and channel.
3. Fix or skip items that fail preflight, then confirm.
4. Watch progress in the Publishing Queue. Each item reports its own result.
